In the afternoon, we will begin an exclusive City Tour of the most representative sites of the capital of the Inca Empire. We will start with a visit to the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha), one of the most sacred sites of the Inca era, where ancestral architecture blends harmoniously with colonial construction. Next, we will explore the Cusco Cathedral, an artistic gem that houses valuable works of the Cusco School.
We will continue to the archaeological sites surrounding the city: Sacsayhuaman, a majestic Inca fortress with enormous stone walls; Q'enqo, an ancient ceremonial sanctuary; and Puca Pucara, known as the "Red Fortress." and Tambomachay, famous for its water fountains dedicated to water worship and purification.

We'll board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying a scenic journey surrounded by mountains, green valleys, and the murmur of the Urubamba River. During the trip, you can relax with first-class service, Andean music, and landscapes that seem straight out of a dream.
Upon arrival, a short bus ride will take us to the entrance of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, where our expert guide will reveal the mysteries and secrets of this majestic feat of Inca engineering. In the picturesque village of Cusipata, we'll enjoy an Andean breakfast with local products such as bread, eggs, fruit, and coca tea—perfect for recharging your energy and acclimatizing before starting the hike to Rainbow Mountain.
We'll arrive at the starting point of the hike, located at an altitude of approximately 4,600 m (15,091 ft). From here, we'll begin a gradual ascent of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, until we reach the main viewpoint, situated at 5,020 m (12,139 ft).
At the summit, you'll have free time to rest, take photos, and admire the stunning multicolored landscape that makes Vinicunca one of the most impressive natural wonders in Peru. After enjoying this magical place, we'll begin our descent back to the starting point and then board our transport to Cusipata, where you'll enjoy a hearty buffet lunch. Finally, we'll return to Cusco in the afternoon.
