At 8:00 A.M., we will leave Cusco after having breakfast and start going down the road leading to the Sacred Valley gradually. We will begin by visiting Taray Viewpoint encompassing a large valley. We will leave this morning at 8:00 A.M. bound to the high plains. On our way, we shall exist in old agricultural villages. Little by little we will climb up Moray to 3,500 m. Circular terraces will showcase their further agricultural experimentation.

In Moray we shall go above the platforms. In the meantime, our guide will inform us of the differences in the microclimate in each of the levels. Consequently, you will learn Inca adaptation strategies of crops. The impressive panoramas will be framed by the surrounding mountains.

At very early hours, 5:30 A.M., we will change to the Ollantaytambo station. Our next stop will be on a high-quality train on our way to Aguas Calientes. On the trip, we are going to take the Urubamba River in the form of cloud forest landscape. Over time vegetation will become progressively thicker with a low altitude.

On arrival, we will board the bus all the way to Machu Picchu at 2,430 m. At this moment, a guided Circuit 2 tour would start. Together we shall pass through temples, plazas, and farm fields. Moreover, we are going to describe astronomical alignment as well as ceremonial functions.
