The Voyager train, a more economical option offered by Inca Rail, departs from the town of Ollantaytambo for a journey of just over 90 minutes to Machu Picchu (lost city of the Incas). With room for 42 passengers in each car, these spacious carriages offer comfortable leather seats with individual dining tables and panoramic windows with anti-impact UV protection to make the most of the changing landscape along the way.

This tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel at approximately 4:00 a.m, followed by a transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station. The journey takes approximately 2 hours.
Once there, we will board the Inca Rail Voyager train to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Upon disembarking, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to the bus station for your trip to the Inca citadel. You will have some free time to purchase a snack. Then, at approximately 9:00 a.m., we will take a tourist bus with your guide for about 25 minutes to the entrance of Machu Picchu.
Entrance to Machu Picchu will be around 10:00 a.m. followed by a guided tour of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours. Prepare to connect with the history, architecture, and energy of the Inca culture as our guide shares the stories and mysteries of the lost city. After the visit, you will descend by bus to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Please note that you must arrive at the train station 30 minutes early. Your return Voyager train may depart at 2:30 p.m. or 4:12 p.m. (depending on availability and any prior arrangements made when booking), so your arrival time at the station will be either 2:00 p.m. or 3:45 p.m. respectively.
Upon your arrival in Ollantaytambo, our private transport will be waiting to take you back to the city of Cusco and drop you off at your hotel, thus concluding this unforgettable experience.
